Good location. Sales office is good. After that the experience just goes downhill with construction delays and quality issues. Base models are pretty basic. If you select the better quality options, be prepared to pay up front for it and then wait months after closing to receive them. After closing we were left with several issues that needed warranty repairs. We've been waiting months for updates on warranty repairs and we have to beg them for updates. No clue if they'll actually fulfill it. The HOA board is currently being run by KBHome Orlando and they are a nightmare to deal with. Unresponsive, disrespectful and selective on what rules they decide to enforce. They initially refused to allow us to build a fence on our property and that has caused our lawn to be damaged by wild hogs. The
