Just bought a new house from KB Home in Turkey Ridge development Smithfield NC. Had a great experience. Our salesman Ron Riddick was over the top! He made everything easy. It was a wonderful experience to deal with such a knowledgeable, helpful and kind person.

We left a review - we are agents and Jimmy still gets a 5 star. This time leaving a review as US being buyers. Louis- on-site superintendent gets a 5 STAR as well. We had a wonderful experience working with Ron. We went to just look and his no pressure, amazing personality and knowledge had us ready to move in. Everyone that we have worked with has been falling over themselves to be kind and accommodating. Dixie from design was so welcoming and honest. We have moved so much (military) and are looking for our forever home. We have visited several neighborhoods that were being built and this is by far the best experience we have had.
