John has now helped me purchase a home then sell that one and purchase a new one at the same time. I had reservations that the timing of buying and selling at the same time would work out, but he was very knowledgeable about the state of the market, and everything worked out just as he planned. I don't think John ever stops working because I am able to reach him just about 24/7 when needed. He is also quite the penny pincher and will work hard to make or save you a dollar. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
