KB Home The Sanctuary I

These are some of the photos showing the condition KB Home left my house in. After I completed the survey, they stopped helping me. No one is resolving anything anymore. On the day of my closing, they didn’t even have my CO (Certificate of Occupancy) ready. The house still had a lot of things left to be done. The finishing details were done very poorly. And now, after the 30-day period has passed, no one is helping me fix the remaining issues. If I have one piece of advice for you, it’s this: Do not buy your home with them!

Don’t pay for any upgrades that you can add later, don’t waste money on upgrades that you will not get support or get it done right from the beginning. No flooring is even and when attempting to fix They damage something else. Better yet go find more reliable builder.

Still no amenity center years after moving in — empty promises and zero updates. Now they’re cramming in townhomes after the fact, ruining the community feel we bought into. KB is a cash grab company, unfortunately.

Horrible, stay away. Live there now and regret ever building with this company. They didn’t ever fix all our warranty work and ignored when we tried to contact them. Lied to us about several things to get us in the house. Now they are adding more homes to our already crowded community that we have a tiny amenity center for.
