More junk built home by KB Homes. Poor quality construction, houses that have defects. Cheap materials. KB is strictly in it for the money. They don't care about quality or commitment. It's strictly build as fast as you can, sell it and so long! Good luck with your warranty because they rarely honor it, or takes months or years to get fixed. Google KB Homes reviews. They are less than stellar and honestly I believe many are fake reviews to boost their ratings.

This is our first time buying or even attempting to buy a home. We came in excited but extremely overwhelmed but as soon as we met Frank that all quickly went away. Not only was he very very helpful and calm he totally understood our needs as first time home buyers. We came here on referrals from a few friends and trust me Frank did not disappoint. The whole process is very scary but again Frank made it smooth for us to understand. His patients with us was extraordinary. We will now and always recommend KB Homes. I wish I can give 0 stars. I signed my contract in October. I was advised that my closing date would be the end of June. I already extended my rate lock a couple times so if I did not close by the end of July I would’ve lost my interest rate. I think I pushed until the end of July. Not an issue because of building supplies I understand that. However, the lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable. I was spoken to in a rude manner and disrespected on several occasions by a higher up in the company. I feel as a home buyer we should be treated with respect especially when we’re spending a ridiculous amount of money for such a small home.
