Example- Lighting options require a Pre Option Wiring upgrade. Additional Outlets $125 each. Can be overwhelming if one has never had custom built home. Overall its appears to be a fair process. KB Home are 2x4 frame construction. Pluses are Tankless Water Heater, Efficient Heat Pumps, Energy Efficient, along with Fire Suppression in line with PEX Water Feed., no copper pipe option. About 6 month Build Time from Date of Sales Contract. KB Home prices includes two 4 hour build session with planners. Add on Options are NV State Sales Tax Free and appliances covered by one year mfgr warranty plus 2nd year coverage by KB. Check for written NV
