Can anyone remind Bothell residents how building homes "starting at $1.3M" is contributing to the affordable housing problem in this city? These are such a slap in the face to residents living in the city who are being priced out because they don't have super high paying tech jobs, generational wealth, or money they are bringing from overseas when they move here. Welcome to the city planning mission of increasing high wealth investors rather than providing housing to families. Bothell City Council & the city permitting division are anti-Bothell. Also, KB has been sued in multiple states for their shoddy building practices - do research before buying.
