As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to build our new home with KB. From the start, Valeria Guerriero has been welcoming, accommodating, and consistently communicative throughout every step of the process. Jaclyn Marquez from the Studio Designs team has also been amazing—always available, supportive, and helpful with our design choices. We truly appreciate all her guidance and assistance. We aren’t done yet, but so far, the journey has been nothing short of smooth and amazing!

I reported many issues to be resolved back in January - it is now August and I am still waiting for repairs. The corporate office doesn't care, and the local reps make promises and never live up to them. Love my location, love my house, but customer service doesn't exist.

Do not depend on KB to warranty their work. I have had the same issue since 2020. Multiple people have been out without an actual resolution. Now that the same issue is out of the warranty period, they are saying it is not their problem. There is no chance we will purchase another home built by KB.
