Debbie Backus is the best! She immediately realised that the posted square footage of the rental property we were selling was not correct and asked an appraiser to remeasure. Sure enough, there was an additional 200 square feet that could be added to our listing and our price. We have bought two houses and land using Debbie as our realtor and we've been pleased with the results.
