All the 4 Star reviews are all about Sales Person not about the property HOA - "The Great Harassing Empire" The community is managed by Empire Management Group, Inc., and residents consistently express frustration with them. Many describe the HOA as overly focused on minor issues while neglecting more important concerns like water leaks, cleanliness, and trash management. Theft: There are already incident of people stealing stuff from this palace. Misleading Representations - "BABY POOL" The new swimming pool is a prime example of questionable transparency. K.B. Homes in this community are built very quickly, and the finishing quality of the homes is not up to standard. While the sales team is helpful, the builder seems less concerned with addressing these issues. Many of the included appliances and fixtures are of lower quality. To get a home with durable, quality features, you'll likely need to spend an additional $30,000 to $40,000 in the design studio. Based on my experience, the quality offered doesn't justify the price, so I'd advise potential buyers to consider their options carefully.

The sales team at Cameron Preserve are nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren, and Lesli helped me on Lauren’s days off. They are both very knowledgeable in their field and patiently explained the building process. It’s a breath of fresh air to have when navigating so many moving parts and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m also very excited to personalize my home with a reputable builder that has great customer service. Even the construction superintendent Jordan is very patient and personable. My advice is 100% to check out KB Home, especially in Sanford if you are wanting to be in that area.
