Kays has been nothing but accepting & amazing. After reading the negative reviews, I felt the need to clarify something. #1, Kays Realtors are NOT racist.. Im Brokered w/ this company & I am Mexican American so I personally know how they are not. #2 Realtors will always advise our clients, but most Do not take our advise & they dont have to, However, we are trying to protect your asset. Give Kays a chance, you'll be glad you did ❤⭐❤

Jade Smith is great! We wouldn't have our dream house, our forever home, without her. She worked for months with us and she found us the perfect house. If we had had another other than her we wouldn't be where we are. We are so grateful for her and all her hard work. She was even great with our three toddlers and made the process so easy. Jade was always available and answered all questions, if she didn't know the answer she found it out for us! Forever thankful for her.

Rhonda really worked with me when i was having trouble paying my rent on time and was very understanding when i had to move out without a 30 day notice even though it put her in a bind with the house and i really do appreciate everything she did to work with me

Kay's Real Estate is a racist company that doesn't rent to OR sell property to a disabled Black 100% combat veteran. Black and People of Color beware. Kay's Real Estate very much practices REDLINIG BLACK PEOPLE.

ADD’L Comments: After mulling this over, I realized that I could’ve avoided most of these problems by having a home inspection, if it was done right. I was just so frustrated with all the problems in this house I spoke before thinking. I apologize.
