Elm Terrace

I and my son lived there for over 7 yrs ...back when Bobbie and Genia run it and the staff was very experienced in what they did management was awesome...yes there were issue but overall it was cool...my son met alot of good people and they still today are friends...or should I say brothers ....So for those of you with bad reviews at least you can say they did give you a place to live and further more A HOME IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT ...NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE SO SEARCH YOUR SOULS BEFORE YOU MAKE A REVIEW........LEE ABERNATHY

The manager is all over the place she does not know what she's doing. The new maintenance guy has never fixed anything in his life before a real piece of work straight up patch up job. Yeah the outside has been cleaned but one building is basically is condemned and more of the apartments and not livable they need shut down

This place is horrible there is no management no maintenance and no one cares about the residents there. Buildings are falling in full of mold, no fire extinguishers, they need to tear a lot of these down and rebuild them because they're dilapidated.

I have lived there. I had 2 infants at the time. There was good and bad. But I do have to say Elm Terrace is the only place that would let me have a place. I just didn't meddle with others and I stayed to my self. Only crime I experienced was a guy messing with 2 wemon. So one shot at the others apartment. And of course people steal. If you stay out of others business and keep to your self it is ok.

A lot of the negative reviews are being posted by people who are drug users, convicted felons who are not allowed on the property, ohhhh and there is a documented sex offender. Sex offenders are not allowed to on the premises. In all it's a really peaceful place since they got rid of most the druggies, sex offenders and people who cause problems
