This place was awesome! I rented through Kaylor Realty and enjoyed my time. Easy process signing up and getting the keys to the place. Maintenance usually got there the next day and fixed any problem I had. Amy helped me a ton through my stay. 10/10 recommend going through them if they have a place available. VERY AFFORDABLE RENT!!

I could not be happier with the rental process. I searched each time my lease was near renewal for less room (empty nester) and affordable rent and was 5 years renting at Huntington Park Apts for a poorly maintained and outdated 2 br/1.5 bath townhome at $1200 monthly. The office ladies at Kaylor are so understanding, kind and professional as well as their maintenance man. I made an appointment to view a few units and found one in my current complex but needed to hold off bc I couldn't afford to pay rent for both a new apartment as well as the old one. They advised me to keep checking back bc one may become available and it certainly had! Within 2 wks I had viewed, signed and was approved much quicker than we all anticipate. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I had a unique situation so it was a bit of a process to get an apartment but they were great every step of the way. Please before going in read on their website the requirements for applying to see if you would qualify. This is a 2 year of renting with Kaylor update and I can say again that it’s still a five star experience. I ended up moving to a different apartment they had. Left my previous unit clean and in move in condition and guess what! I got all my security deposit back. They’re fair and good people. Also maintenance comes QUICK for when you need it. The ladies in the office are all very nice and helpful. I rented there for about a year and a half. Only had to call for maintenance a few times and when I did they were quick to fix the issue. They are very fair on giving back the security deposit. I didn’t think I was going to receive anything back since I’ve heard horrible stories that some people don’t ever get their security deposit back, but they sent me a check with an itemized paper and pictures on why they deducted some from the security deposit. Very nice and professional place ! Will recommend anyone looking to rent with them!

Fantastic local Property Management Company. The staff are very friendly and work hard to address any issues as quickly as possible. I have been living in one of their units for over a year and had no issues. Anything that needed to be addressed was taken care of immediately. They have a great team of maintenance guys to take care of any problems that might arise. I highly recommend.
