This building is a masterclass in looking luxurious while delivering the opposite of a luxury experience. From day one, management communication was dismissive, inconsistent, and at times outright condescending. Rather than feeling like a valued resident, I repeatedly felt disrespected in my own home by staff who seemed more interested in protecting themselves than treating people with basic dignity. The lack of accountability and transparency made what should have been a safe, comfortable space feel tense and uncomfortable. Policies consistently favored the complex at the expense of residents, and move-out was handled in a way that felt confusing, adversarial, and intentionally opaque. Toured here and I am so excited to apply! Celine was great and answered all of my questions. I toured multiple apartment buildings and this place had the most amenities. I was happy to hear that there is someone at the front desk 24/7 as well. I lived at a similar place but there was never anyone there to ask questions plus my packages always got lost. Doesnt seem like the case here.

Great building with great amenities. I was fortunate enough to have Celine Links take care of me through the process of finding my apartment and filling out the application for it. She was extremely helpful and responsive through the process. The building is in a great location, with everything in walking distance. The Target in the building is very convenient. The people and the service here have also been great.
