Lisa and the team at Kauai Vacation Rentals were absolutely amazing to work with!! Due to reasons out of anyone's control, the unit I had a reservation for became unavailable. Lisa immediately took care of me and I was able to secure lodging elsewhere on the island. The true colors of businesses usually show when an issue such as this occurs, and KVR passed the test a million times over!! Lisa is the essence of Aloha and I appreciate her and the entire team at KVR!! I recommend this company to anyone looking to book an amazing vacation rental on the island of Kauai! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

We are an Hawaiian Family here on Kauai to which owns and opperates a Full Service company. Through out the years we have received the worst customer service from KVR. Not to mention the threats and pulling us off repairs to have a Handyman finish. Beware of this company.

We scored on a large three bedroom, two bath, fully stocked kitchen, excellent showers in the bathrooms, covered porches on this two story home. Very close to the sea and the protected turtles were a natural wonder all to ourselves 😎. Huge avocado, coconut and mango trees on premises...but they are everywhere, not kidding👍

Kauai Vacation Rentals came to the rescue after the second half of our lodging was cancelled last minute. They listened to what I wanted and got me an awesome place at the Cliffs at Princeville. Will book direct with them in the future.
