I called to inquire if they could advise me if a certain home address in my family fell within a VDA area of Lihue and spoke with a female that answered the phone. She quickly and very rudely advised me (more scolded me) that Lihue has no VDA zones, which is incorrect. I confusingly and kindly accepted her answer, wished her a good rest of her day and ended the call. I would advise anyone to do you own research and avoid these people at all costs as they are clearly misinformed and difficult to work with.
