Other realtors that we talked to wanted to price the home based on comps in the development. Those were all homes that needed to be remodeled. Kathy realized our home was not even close in value than the other homes. She went to work and presented to us an accurate value of our home. It was significantly more than what other realtors valued it at. We listed it and it sold in 4 days and we didn't give it away. Kathy is a seasoned realtor.
