We hired Kathy to sell my mother in law's house. We live in PA now and it's difficult for us to be at the house to do all that is needed to prepare and sell the house. Kathy helped us stage the house and arrange things to sell, She was there for our garage sell helping, she helped get rid of what was left and arranged a pick up to donate what we didn't want.
