CRN Home Inspection

recently hired Rich from CRN Home Inspection to inspect a home I’m purchasing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in a clear and patient way. His rates were very reasonable, especially given the high quality of his work. I would recommend Rich without reservation to anyone in need of a reliable, comprehensive home inspection.

Rich did a great job! He was efficient and didn't mind as my dad followed him around asking every question under the sun! We were very happy with his thorough inspection. He even found termite damage that we did not notice and made sure we knew how to move forward to remedy it.

We hired Rich for our first time in 2018 and he has done a great job that we hired him again when we bought a second property in 2025. His reports are always great and detailed, he gives all that needs real attention in the house. You will get your money’s worth, because of his work I was able to save 20k on the last property.

After previous experiences, some home inspectors don’t want you with them every step of the way which I found suspect. Rich on the other hand was the opposite, he welcomed questions, gave knowledgeable, thorough answers and, between the inspection and a detailed report that came 24 hours later, I know so much about the home that we just had inspected. He’s reasonably priced and very through. His report was easy to understand and read, and he had a very pleasant professional demeanor with the current owner of the home. I highly recommend his service.

Rich was great, very thorough and detailed. Gave us great advice and steered us in the right direction of what would have been very costly repairs for home we were looking to buy. Pointed out major issues that we had overlooked. Would highly recommend!
