Kathy paid attention to what we were looking or, knew the area well for recommendations, and went above and beyond helping get us insight! Being from out of state her knowledge of the area, schools, and everything else was incredibly helpful, plus she assisted with setting up and coordinating inspections and recommendations for contractors. She was absolutely fantastic!!

Kathy was very knowledgeable and professional. She knows her way around OKC and Canadian County. Once we made the decision to buy she had great ideas on obtaining our loan and insurance. This was essential as we came from out of town and were unfamiliar with the OKC area. Kathy was always responsive no matter the time. More importantly she always had the right answers.

Kathy was so patient and worked with us so professionally. She ended up helping us find the perfect home. Helped us find handymen when I needed them. I was a fire that she was able to maintain and that’s a lot. She was even able to put out the fire lol when I was on the edge. Buying a home is never easy but with Kathy’s help it was just a little easier.

We used Kathy as our realtor to purchase our home when we first moved to Oklahoma in 2019 and also to sell our house when we moved in 2020. She made all of it so incredibly easy!!! She is top notch, organized, and communicative. She will fight for what you’re wanting in a home! She’s friendly and so personable. She’s everything you could want/need in a realtor. I wish we could use her in Colorado!!!
