Karinsplass Apartments

A few years ago I imagine my review would have been different. Recent management changes made our last year and a half here very difficult. The pros: -Their income restricted apartments were affordable. -The location is very convenient for students. -Plenty of windows in our unit made for beautiful mornings. The cons, in no particular order: -Over the course of our time here we had mice. Twice. -Insects were an evolving issue, beginning with flies, and then massive spiders that killed the flies. The spiders ultimately disappeared and were replaced by stinkbugs, that stuck around for the rest of our time there. -Initial repairs were prompt, but that fell apart after a change in management. -At one point our AC unit broke, and management responded by taking it out of the wall, leaving a

Definitely worth the money. This place is old and it shows, but the rent is very reasonable for the location. -2 stars for the management, the office hours are inconvenient and the manager often does not show up without notice. Can't comment on the maintenance, did not need much while staying here.

There is no heater in the bathroom. There is just one washer and one dryer per floor. For a 12 apartments.

The service is very good and quick, and the app is very good for the communication.
