Pretty close to complete disaster. We initially used Karen Kowalski as a buyer’s agent during the housing craze of spring 2021 – not a good time to look for houses in general, but she certainly didn’t make our chances better. She was very dissuasive on every home and acted as if her major concern is not to be sued if something is wrong with the house after purchase. We decided to wait for better times, but three month later a house suddenly appeared on the market which met all our requirements. With no time to find anybody else we called Karen again, what we’ll probably be regretting to the rest of our days. For an unknown reason, implying some insider information that there would be no other offers, she convinced us to lower the bid. Also, she never mentioned obvious things to strengthen

Listing on zillow says open house showed up and agent says appointment only and have to come with your real estate agent. (That itself is not conside a open house) 😒🙄
