We had an absolutely wonderful experience selling with Kara. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful within her market area; full of wonderful advice, support, and insight. We were also pleasantly surprised to see how down to earth and easily relatable she is! We were under contract after the house was only live on the market for five days, and at any point in time during the entire process if we had any questions or needed any help, Kara made it very clear that she was available to us. Always prompt to return phone calls or messages, and we found her to be extremely communicative. We would absolutely recommend Kara to anyone looking for a realtor, and we will definitely use her services again in the future if needed!

My husband and I are lambing to relocate from PA to Delaware. Through a friend we found Kara! She has helped us decide what part to of Delaware we want to move to. She knows all the builders are the best . We are deciding between 2 communities. I have to say Kara is not pushy and has expressed we will know the right house at the right time ! I plan to continue a friendship with Kara when we get settled . We clicked the first time we were on the phone and when we met . I already recommended her to others that may move to Delaware in the future . I did learn that don’t be fooled when she quite when talking to the sales people at the community. But she takes everything in and have out discussions after ! I highly recommend her when looking for a home in her area!
