What isn't wrong with these apartments. Me and my girlfriend are currently living here, and the upstairs neighbor is the loudest neighbor I have ever had in my entire life. Banging things, screaming, barking like a dog, stomping at all hours of the day and night. They over charge with fees that we're not included in the lease, the pool has never been open in the 2 years that I have lived here, there's been a knocked over tree in the parking lot that the tenants had to pick up, they don't plow snow, no ac, people attempting to bread in your vehicle, I've had a few times where people tried to break in the house, and I literally saw a person die outside of our front porch window. So yeah no stars, this place is a scam.

UPDATE: Responded to a bad review with "call us" when you never answer the phones at any of their properties unless you specify you are "looking for information" or "interested in an unit". Complaints, inquiries and questions by current and former resident will be flagged by their AI answering machine called "Cooper" to avoid any responsibility. They will respond to you in 7-10 business days if at all. Other reviews have mention this before, so I will just make a note of it here for anyone that reads this review. Check with Colorado Housing Authority and with BBB for complaints filed about this company before you decide to lease a unit here. Do your research . Everything I mention here you can check. -They added digital locks and you are not allowed to opt out of that.This is so they have access to your unit 24/7. No privacy or safety. Not to mention this locks are cheap and easy to hack, so no security either. - They have a $40 fee on top of your rent for "maintenance". Check the review to see what kind of maintenence you get (lil to nothing) -They have a $40 no refundable monthly fee in liu of a "security deposit" thats and extra $480 a year. If you do get charged for *damages* the are not required by the lease to use this fee to pay for any of the supposed damages. - They dont require checks on pets people bring into the apartment complex. Many aggressive dogs in this property and multiple reports of abuse as well a dog attacks over the year
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and predatory property management company I’ve ever dealt with. For months, I was charged made-up fees — CAM fees, Pest Control fees, Utility Admin fees, random “rebill” charges — none of which exist in any signed or valid lease document. When I pulled my lease packet, I discovered the truth: their system slapped one single electronic signature onto every document, with no initials, no separate approvals, and no way to even view the addenda before signing. That’s not a mistake — that’s a tactic. I contacted the office again and again to fix the illegal charges. They never responded. Not once. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They ignored that too. The BBB officially closed the case as UNANSWERED
Terrible place to live…… maintenance is sub par and never around. The only way you can get a hold of someone is thru a robot that will maybe set your maintenance request up. No A/C in apartments and there’s tweakers that walk the parking lot looking thru windows to check for goodies. There’s also no open pool because they don’t take care of anything and the laundry door is always broken from people trying to get in and sleep. My ceiling leaks from the upper apartment, my sink leaks and so much more
