So we were going to rent here until the tour. Their stupid AI program got us lost, we couldn't get in touch with management, and eventually when we arrived, we got a ton of red flags. 1. No fees to apply. This was a HUGE lie when we considered applying. Turns out, it's a 25 dollar fee. Management lying about that made us really dubious there was hidden fees. Turns out, that is apparently true. 2. I saw dead roaches in their presentable apartments. This was actually the main reason why I noped out. The fact they refuse to manage their roach problem enough to present it to others is a joke. 3. The grass was fake, which is notoriously bad for dogs. Trash looked like it hadn't been taken out for days. 4. Oh, did I forget to mention the AI? The one that refuses to let you actually speak to man

I won’t be renewing my lease when it’s time. They just want money but not really concerned about their renters. The last owners were okay but I’m not to happy with the new ones that have taken over . The rent is a lot for a one bedroom, our mail isn’t being sent to our houses due to them refusing to replace the mailboxes we have to drive to the nearest P.O. Box to grab it in time before USPS returns it to the sender, not to mention as I see the winter season may be hard on us to leave for work as they aren’t shoveling the snow or even getting it up from the parking lot to make it safe to get on the actual road. As tenants we might have to look out for one another in that aspect in trying to shovel it ourselves. I am so disappointed in this place. Very disappointed.

Live anywhere else, the upper management is a revolving door of people who “promise” to address your issue but who never will. Multiple hidden fees, the new $50 maintenance fee is a joke, be prepared for every maintenance request to be met with a 2-3 month wait. When you do have any maintenance staff come they will just mark your request as complete regardless of if the actual issues is fixed or not. I don’t blame the maintenance staff, they are stuck with way too many apartments and often only one maintenance staff and it’s evident they aren’t treated or valued since we have had a revolving door of them. There are holes in the laundry room door and walls, quite often the dryers or washer will be out of commission. There is property damage everywhere with no effort given to fix it. Oh and

Hello! I have left many messages and put in multiple requests. My heat has not worked since Tuesday the 16th. My apartment is reaching temperatures 50-55 at night. There are multiple leaks in my apartment that have gone unaddressed for over 6 months. Anyway, you might wanna come check the door. The county left some mail for you. You have my number, call me.

Management was never there during posted office hours. Maintenance never fixed anything for months. Roaches everywhere. Office never helped even with leaks and roof falling in. Unsafe area, and management charging fees nit in the contract.
