Just toured a studio and one bedroom apt with Lionel. First of all he is soooo nice and informative! The property is so beautiful and really hoping my ma moves in so i can come visit :)))

The maintenance team here is truly excellent. They are responsive, professional, and consistently helpful. Lionel in particular has gone above and beyond for us more than once. That level of service makes a real difference. The property is also pet-friendly, and rent is at least somewhat competitive for the area. There are some trade-offs to consider. The layout is a bit unusual but reasonably spacious. The location is decent, though not especially quiet — there’s a nearby train, and general noise can be an issue. Police presence in the area is fairly common. Parking enforcement is strict, and policies are enforced firmly, including late fees and towing. Trash tends to cycle between buildup and cleanup. The pool has been closed for an extended period without a clear reopening timeline. T

Lionel was a friendly face right out the gate. Took his time giving a detailed tour of the property and a potential unit that met our needs. Look forward for further interactions/residency!

My friend has lived here 14 years. In the last 5 it's gotten really bad over that time with management changes. They advertise there's a manager on site, that's not true. Your vehicle isn't safe due to break-ins. He now pays extra to store his motorcycle in a safe place off site which shouldn't be necessary. Drug dealers working 24/7, lots of foot traffic. You'll hear all of it, along with barking dogs. The walls are thin and not sound proofed like most apartments and condos so you hear music, TV's, spirited conversations. Every time a tenant climbs the stairs everyone hears them. Living under the best tenant you'll still hear every step. The laundry room is a mess with trash and homeless sleeping in it, stealing clothes and bedding. That means a trip to do laundry mat=$$ Management doesn'

Everyone was very understanding about me not wanting to return back to the unit. Called last month and was told multiple times my name was off the lease, on the app it had said I moved out. NOW it doesn’t say it anymore and says I owe rent!! Which is very illegal if you guys added my name back on the lease without consent . So please stay away! I don’t understand what is going on.
