DO NOT LIVE HERE!! unless you want your stuff stolen from the management. in the process of moving out we took a day break of moving because we had work and they decided to lock us out and STEAL over $600 worth of purses!! we called the police and they said it’s a civil matter and nothing can be done. As i went to speak to the office lady she refused to give me the Property managers phone number and even refused to speak to me she had me chasing her down the street because she didn’t want to speak to me and called me names. She even called me broke but yet their broke selfs stole valuable items from our apartment that they couldn’t even pay themselves. This the most neglecting apartment I’ve stayed in. maintenance is nowhere to be found during emergency repairs. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a clogged tub. They have no management available unless they need rent money. They will tow your car for some non sense instead of knocking on your door and asking you to move. My dishwasher doesn’t work but what do you expect it’s from 2005 but want to raise rent. Honestly cant wait to move

For the love of god DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I have tried getting in contact with management in the building to no avail they have been gone for the past 2 hours. The parking conditions are horrible and instead of fixing that they fixed a perfectly working pool. I try to call and no one has answered it has been two weeks. Maintenance doesn’t do anything the light in my bathroom hasn’t been working and they said they would fix it, they haven’t. The door frame around the front door is awful and comically popped off while closing the front door in which someone had done a half assed job fixing it is expensive and management is HORRIBLE. By far the worst place I have lived and I have lived in some questionable places please save your money don’t move here. ALSO PEOPLES DOGS PEE AND POOP EVERYWHERE

Management is so bad I didn't even get to tour the place. First appointment for showing got confirmed but I was never sent the verification information, Second attempt I was sent an Email stating my tour was scheduled but they wanted me to verify through Rently before touring, then proceeded to not respond to any of my emails or calls to the office about getting access to Rently. The 3rd time attempting to tour the apartment (after being show how to access Rently from a completely different rental company that was actually helpful) the keypad for the unit was dead and had no way of contacting the office AGAIN to try and tour the apartment. Honestly, reading the reviews almost made the biggest decision for my new journey. Moved here from Oklahoma/California as I was balancing back and forth. Let me just say, The reviews aren’t needed. The place yes is getting remodeled which is looking so nice, the front desk staff Ty and Cindy are always trying to make sure you have what you need in a timely matter. They do a lot and I see . Doesn’t smell like urine, I barely see my neighbors and when I do. They are all so nice. No gym though so was super disappointed for that as that’s a main reason I picked this building but she mentioned remodeling is happening so hoping for that. Also no dog area, but there’s a beautiful sunflower field just right up the block which is way better anyways for the mind. The reviews sound like angry p
