I am not one that usually leaves reviews but I have come to the conclusion this place doesn't care and people need to know the truth. I had high hopes for this place but it has turned out to be a nightmare. The staff ignores you. They don't care about anything but towing cars and filling apartments. I have expressed for months issues with bugs in my apartment with no solution to this date. I am now seeing saw dust in my cabinets and drawers. I brought to the office a vacuum full of the bugs to show how severe it was and they only offered that they would send pest control out a whole week later that never came. I've sent numerous emails and went to the office numerous times about issues only to be told they would be handled only for them not to be handled. They only answered emails when it

I’m not one to post a review but I love my Kallison Ranch apartment!! The staff has been awesome from the start! Thank you the most to Ricardo, Alyssa and Brandy!!! They are so, so understanding and work with you! Anytime we’ve ever needed anything it has been met with great expectations!! I am a two year tenant and looking to renew for a third year 🙌🏽

Staff goes above and beyond. Maintenance is great. It’s a clean safe place for adults and children. I would not live anywhere else.

The maintenance at these apartments is top tier, Oscar is always on it as soon as request is made and will get it done in a timely manner. We appreciate all he does for this complex.
