I love the Forum. Bridget who helped me renting my unit was AMAZING… Vanessa was always available if I needed anything as far as maintenance. The building was always kept clean. I would recommend the Forum to anyone. If I was not buying a place than I would have never left this building. Again Bridget makes everything easy!!!

Just moved in today & the rental was not cleaned nor repainted . After a long day of moving in the rain , with a 1 yr old no less , i now have to go and scrub black dirt off the bathroom tub . Also , we viewed the property mid September and was told it would cleaned and repainted not to worry . The same scuff marks on the walls are there & they are telling me that they cleaned twice ?! That the black wouldnt come off the bathroom tub ? I took clorox , let it sit and it scrubbed right off . The worst experience , cant believe i now have to do a full year here . Very disappointing for the rent they are charging . Im almost sure they even kept the previous tenants security deposit for things like this , just to not get done ? Unacceptable . Do better .

I’m currently renting one of their properties and it has been a complete disaster. They are very unorganized and they have very poor construction. I’ve experienced water damage throughout my unit at a brand new property. It’s taken them almost 2 months to fix and they still haven’t figured out the problem. The customer service is very poor and I’m very disappointed as a resident!

Ownership and management of this company is top-notch and very trustworthy. Great company!
