Atlantic Pointe Apartments

From the moment I came to see this community. I knew there was something special about it from Joyce and her team and the absolute amazing Jarek and his team. Always on point with getting things done. Their dedication and warmth makes every day brighter. And it’s very hard to find a community like this so supportive. I’m blown away by such incredible service and support I’ve received since moving in. Maintenance team office team always on it. This community truly feels like home. The grounds are wonderful with lush green trees, feels like home and so grateful to be here. I would give this community a 10 for excellence!!!!!!

It's not a bad place to live, the location is great and my neighbors are very kind, but there are some things to note if you are in a downstairs unit with a basement especially. 1. You can literally hear everything above you, my neighbors upstairs have a dog and I can hear it run back in forth all day. Additionally, the stairwell into the basement literally has zero sound proofing, I can talk to my neighbor through the stairs and hear him perfectly (We tried it before) 2. The front door. Wow, it shakes the whole entire apartment because people slam them. 3. Parking. Something I will never understand about this development is why there is not at least one assigned parking spot. I have been happily living at Atlantic Pointe for more than four years. The apartments are very well maintained, and the maintenance team does an excellent job of keeping the property clean and looking great. Jarek and team are incredibly quick at responding to maintenance requests. We had an issue with one of our toilets a few months ago and the time between submitting a request for maintenance and full repair was maybe an hour, at most. Attentive service is one of the best aspects of living here. The grounds, amenities, and peace and quiet are also a huge plus. Oh, and all the wonderful dogs, too! It’s a very dog friendly community.

I’ve lived here for 13 years and I love where I live. Joyce ln the office and Jerry in maintenance have always been helpful and professional. Service and/or repair requests are handled quickly. When the water heater went it was replaced within 8 hours The repair was clean and neat. Same when the air conditioner and refrigerator failed. The complex is well maintained and snow removal is fast. Most of the residents are friendly and courteous but there are bad apples everywhere and the management seems to handle issues to the best of their abilities Overall a nice place to be
