Being helped and cared for by both Vonda and Alyssa has been a truly amazing experience. They both are extremely passionate about what they do, their tenants and their property. The staff here truly takes pride in their community. Both Vonda and Alyssa are such compassionate and down to earth people who have truly made my family's relocation experience from California, extremely stress free! They have been so helpful with guiding us through the process of applying for rentals as well as giving knowledge of the area of things to do. Along with being uplifting about moving to their property from California. Recently came to look at a couple of the models to possibly decide on which model I would prefer and Alyssa went above and beyond to provide top tier information also while answering any questions and concerns we had about the apartments and the specific area. Keep up the great work Alyssa and thank you for the patience while we figure out which apartment best suited my needs!

A big shout out to Jay L in maintenance! He really knows his stuff and makes quick work out of hard jobs! He makes sure this place is running nice and smooth. Brand new washer and dryer too!

Vonda was very kind and friendly. The grounds look very clean and inviting. The model unit looked nice and gave a good idea as to the amount of space that would be leftover after furniture is placed. She answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease during the tour. We have an application pending elsewhere but wanted to get information on a rental in case that rental was filled before our application was accepted. As a section 8 renter she made me feel at ease with her knowledge about SNRHA and their rental program. Vonda made us feel comfortable and confident about Kaleidoscope.
