Clayton is the best! My husband and I were trying to find a place super quick (not easy with a 4 year old), and Clayton made the process super easy and it wasn’t a hassle! We’ve already signed our lease and now are waiting for our move in date. He was very communicative and went above our expectations! He definitely deserves a raise especially with how much he juggled from what we saw! As an ex leasing agent, I know how complicated it can be but he was amazing.

If you’re looking for a quiet, well-built place to live Apartments is absolutely not it. Feel free to make as much noise as you want, because management won’t do anything about it. My neighbor blasts a loud boombox speaker at all hours of the day, and it scares my kids. We’ve filed multiple noise complaints, but nothing ever changes. On top of that, everything here is made cheaply — the paint chips easily, the closet doors are hung unevenly, the shower bar is crooked, and the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation and noise from next door. It’s like living inside a paper box. And to top it off, management doesn’t seem to care if people smoke weed here either — the smell comes through the vents and nothing is ever done about it. This place is cheaply built, and full of ongoing

Ongoing noise issue with tenants living above me. Based on what I'm being told by management, its listed as apartment living. Will be moving as soon as lease is up. Would not recommend living on ground floor with extremely rude neighbors who don't follow the quiet hours or has no consideration for those living in apartment below them. Ongoing issue for 5 months.

We’re absolutely thrilled to be moving in here! The space is not only beautiful, but there's also a strong sense of community being thoughtfully built. When we signed our lease, we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift bag full of snacks and everyday essentials—a small touch that meant a lot. A huge shoutout to Miguel, who went above and beyond to make the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly kind, accommodating with our timeline, and made sure we had all the information we needed. We feel truly grateful and blessed to call this place home!

Ever since miguel our old manager left this community has gone down hill. We have a club house here however we are never allowed to use it & when they brought in a new replacement she was rude to my kids and always kicked them out of the club house that we are suppose to have access too. I wouldn’t count on the clubhouse amenity when you move here because it’s either always closed or they ask you to leave.
