Truly have never experienced such a poorly run property management group. We rented a residential property, and they never returned emails or phone calls for any repairs. The property was in poor condition—constantly had issues with pests, appliances, etc. They once split the gas line without telling us it was happening, and we were without gas for two weeks until it was fixed (in the meantime there was little to no communication). It took 3+ months for the security deposit to get returned after we moved out. Everyone we communicated with at the Kalantari Group was unprofessional, lacked problem solving abilities, communicated poorly, and, to put it frankly, were incredibly rude. The list could go on, but I would strongly advise working with this company.

The worst run property management group I've ever experienced. Has tried to overcharge tenants multiple times, never addresses maintenance, and harasses their tenants. I had no working appliances for months as well. This group and their neglected properties should be investigated by the city if I'm being honest

I should of known better when I called Winnie B to look at my Apt I planned to lease when she said"it doesn't matter since the city of Austin is paying your rent" " .She has wrong many clients who have section 8 vouchers and she retaliates with upmost no concern for the person who leases her trashed out apartments in the worst neighborhood ever

Used to rent the apartment in 2022. Terrible experience.
