We’ve rented from KAB Realty for the last 3 years and have zero complaints about them. They’ve been very kind and prompt to any concerns of ours. Remember any bad reviews always have two sides to the story! I would definitely rent from them again!

If you like your landlord to show up late, ignore maintenance issues, roll her eyes at you when asking to speak to her (as if she can’t be bothered), then this place is for you! Just ask for Brooke, and let her know the one star review should be zero but they don’t allow it.

Would not recommend anyone to rent from KAB. My first year was great then after the first year ended me and my roommate went to go sign a new lease and they told us that new leases were done on the first of the year. So we came back on the first of the year and they told us that they were going to just keep us as tenants at will. I should have known there that things were going to go downhill after. A few months later we got an eviction notice on our door to find out they credited our rent to our neighbors. They just gave us a "oh we are sorry". Sorry for giving me, my roommate, and child and eviction notice for their mess up without even contacting us first to try and figure things out! After that they started jacking up the rent. Rent has gone up $600 from Oct 1st, 2023 to Nov 1st, 2024.

Never rent through these guys. Worse year of my life renting from them. March 15th can’t come soon enough. They never did an initial inspection moving in after we signed the lease. The damage that was there already was absolutely insane. Thank goodness for pictures and time stamps. Never got a recycling bin after asking idk how many times for one. We had an incident mowing the lawn and cracked the neighbors sliding door on accident and had to pay $500 to repair it. Which is absolutely ok because it was our fault but never replaced their slider. I try and contact them about all these issues and get no where. I’m sure they will try and pull some stuff when it’s time to move but like I said thank goodness for pics, screenshots, and time stamps. Please everyone stay away from this realtor

This place is far below a slumlord. My girlfriend and I were duped into renting from them by going to an open house, where everything appeared well-kept. The open house was on a weekday, which seemed odd but became very clear upon signing the lease- the majority of the other tenants were not in the building at the time. Our neighbors blatantly deal drugs out of their unit. Another resident chugs Fireball whisky nips and leaves the bottles in the driveway outside his car before leaving and after returning. Our oven was broken and they waited a week to even look at the thing (which is a Housing and Urban Development violation- something that actually had to be mentioned to get Maintenance to show up). I was preparing to donate my old car to charity and they put a warning sticker on it saying
