After two or 3 months of hounding miss Julyssa through realtor.com regarding what i thought was her listing, she passed me off to her underling Josh, josh kept messaging stating he had the paperwork ready or nearly ready, after a few weeks dealing with josh everything seemed ready, i had a sale agreement, i was getting ready to finalize when josh decided to hole my offer ransom, refusing to present it to the seller unless i agreed to pay Josh’s commission, he stated it was a federal law, i asked him to clarify which law it was that stated i must agree to pay him, he then stated he represented me even tho i never asked him to do so, as much as i searched, i could not find the law he refereed to, i did find laws online stating it was to be agreed upon, he terminated the deal because i refuse

Had a great experience with Brooke. She was incredibly helpful through every step of the process - even though I was buying from out of state, I never felt left out or uninformed. My experience with K2 Omni Group was very helpful. Tina Robles was my realtor. She was able to get me connected with someone to help with financing. She was available to show houses when requested and was there to advocate on my behalf through the whole process. The concierge team is an added bonus as a part of working with K2 Omni Group, although I feel the concierge team was a little assertive in aiding their client's.
