K Title Company LLC

As a realestate agent, I am constantly working with various title companies and believe me they are not all the same. K Title is definitely one of those that I would recommend my buyers or sellers do business with again. They communicated with my buyers and me along the way. They had a secure system for my buyers to send in their escrow and final wire amounts (very important in this age of hackers/scams). Everyone was so pleasant to work with. The closing went with out a hitch. Highly recommend their services.

Lauren Olfsen could not have been more helpful throughout the process. Whether it was running numbers over the phone while I’m zooming through a busy day, sending important updates via text between her meetings, or taking the time to explain and walk me through details of the active and coming transactions.
