I put one star in order to leave a comment but I prefer 0 star. I called the office today in Austin men to check when are they fixing our water heater. It’s been not working till the flooding. They message me saying there getting new parts but until today no word or whatsoever. I was trying to tell that lady what’s going on and she gets mad n say don’t call the office anymore, so who should I call? And I told the the landlord about the water issue number and she replied back Sunday her number is not where you use for complains. What in the world!! We’ve been showering with cold water almost one month.

I rent a nice, reasonably priced 4 bedroom house in a good neighborhood. Been there for a year now. The company allows pets, which is hard to find in Austin. We haven't needed maintenance often but when we did they fixed the issue quickly, did good work, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Management is easy to contact through their email or phone number. Definitely recommend!

$735.00 lease initiation fee? What a joke

I lived in one of their units for two years. It was actually one of their cleaner units, and I am a VERY tidy person. It was my first apartment and it was a NIGHTMARE!!!! When I complained about pests that had came from old downstairs neighbors abandoning their lease, they only came and "treated" the kitchen and not the rest of the place. Mold grew in the carpet and wall because there was a leak in the roof of our room, and all they told us to do was spray bleach. To top it off, when you move out, they'll try to charge you for stuff that was already wrong with the apartment. We refused to pay our last months rent because we were forced to live with mold, and they still tried to send us a bill. However, they never had the nerve to try and take us to court bc I'm sure the owner knew we have

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO. NOT. RENT. I REPEAT DONT. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. they are the worst at communication, there's no direct phone number to a higher up (landlord) only the phone number to the office, so if you have any concerns it's very hard to get ahold of them. the receptionist at the office in town has hung up on me mid question over the phone TWICE. half the time no one would even pick up the phone, and their hours are very limited. very unprofessional and annoying. the receptionist told us {example A} was okay for us to do, and when we got a phone call from the "landlord" (WHICH COMES UP AS A NO CALLER ID CALL) i told them the receptionist stated it was alright, and they LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID I WAS WRONG, AND THAT THEIR RECEPTIONIST WOULD NEVER SAY {example A}!!! we move
