Science Park Housing

We are staying here. It is a nice apartment.

Many friends live here and it is very convenient for them as scientists to be able to work next door and have a space for their family to live together. We have enjoyed playing soccer and volleyball outdoors in the green space and the kids like that the area has lots of room to walk and scooter safely without worry of cars or others. I know young people working at Hormel corporate offices have also lived here. The only challenge is if you do not own a car as it is far from almost everything else in the community.

I didn't enter the building I was picking up a Facebook winning. As creeper as its going to sound it was dusk and people had lights on and you could see part way into the apartments and they looked nice. I was at the front doors and the lobby area looked clean and nice. The parking lot had some debris but we can only do so much with people choosing to litter vs use a trash can. Looks to have decent parking and the outside of the building is very clean and nice

New apartments that are beautiful with great floor plans. I dont stay here but my friend does and there place is awsome.

I dont live there, just visited. Very clean, secure, and modern.
