My husband and I worked with Robbie. He was wonderful to work with. Answered every question, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. He was upfront with pricing and what each model can accommodate. The property is wonderful, and the homes are beautiful. In the end, we went with an existing home in another neighborhood but would recommend this new build community for anyone looking for a great over 55 community. If something falls through with our current purchase, we would absolutely return to this property.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Robbie Laing to learn about this property. Robbie set up an initial video call to help us learn about the community. He then spent time with us on a second call to answer any outstanding questions. He also sent several floor plans with pricing, floor plans, lot availibility, etc. Finally, he hosted us on a visit to Four Seasons. In all of our interactions he was knowledgable, professional and responsive. We were left with a very positive impression of Four Seasons. If you are considering relocating to the Southeast please consider giving Robbie a call.

Loved the community but the models were so shotty. We saw bugs in every model, flaws in walls, tile floors, windows, bad seams on every counter top. They spent money on amenities but I would not build here without having a home inspector monitoring the entire building process.

Absolutely fantastic and the rep that showed us around, Mr Robbie a young man from Scitland was very knowledgeable of everything my wife and I asked. Highly recommended !

Nice atmosphere and homes. Somewhat pricey. Steve, our contact and RE Agent is very professional and trustworthy.
