Junction at Rogers

I've been trying to get hold of the property via calls and emails but no callback and their VM is full. Update: The team got back to me and was able to accommodate me in the timely manner, they acknowledged that their VM wasn’t functioning and calls were being routed. Also staff is kind and helpful Maintenance are easy to work with!

I recently had the pleasure of living at this newly constructed apartment complex in Rogers and, even though my stay was brief, it was an incredible experience. The apartments themselves are wonderfully designed. The rooms and hallways are incredibly spacious, and in a two-bedroom unit, both bedrooms feature large walk-in closets and generously sized bathrooms. The unit I lived in had a stunning sunset view—it was a truly special way to end each day. The location is a major highlight. You're right next to everything you could possibly need, including grocery stores, shopping centers, a movie theater, and many restaurants. The amenities here are also top-notch. I have been waiting for an hour now to speak with someone (too stubborn to leave 💔). Me not knowing the full context was the problem to begin with. This would not have been the issue that it was for me or others if the complex had sent out a mass message about what was happening or left an accurate note on the door that explained the issue.

Hi! Its Jennifer here, I love living here, and the staff are great, Brittany was so welcoming and helpful and they take care of things very quickly. The office staff go out of their way to make some fun activities like Pet Day, where they had treats nd toys for our pets. On Waffle Day they had make your own waffle,with a selection of toppings for our waffles, it was lots of fun. It's my favorite thing about living here, the fun events, I always look forward to them. The staff, office staff and Brittany, have a passion in their work, great management and communication and making it comfortable for the residents here, and of course they always making sure there is snacks! This is a wonderful place to live!! They have great amenities, pool, pool tables, and excellent workout facilities. All of the staff there are wonderful. Ravion, Anessia, Bert, and Enzo are always pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. Highly recommend.
