WHY MOVE HERE? -You need a place to shelter. -You like Bothell -You want a unit with tall ceilings / loft or one of the hybrid office-home units -Employees are nice most of the time (but not very helpful for reasons described below) -The gym is decent -The rooftop and lounge are great WHY NOT MOVE HERE? -The management company is always trying to cut costs on absurd things even if the building is falling apart and they don’t have enough employees. Stay away from any buildings managed by Insite Living. -There is practically no maintenance, unless it is an emergency like a water leak. If you get lucky and they show up, they are not good at communicating what is the status of a request. They have a single person maintaining several buildings. We lived here here for about 3.5 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the community! The property management is very nice, helpful, and prompt. The units themselves are modern and practical. The location is perfect. I work downtown so was able to walk to the bus stop in the morning and not have to drive, you are close to all the good Bothell restaurants and coffee shops, and Mcmenamins is right next door. The place is very pet friendly and has a super cool rooftop and community hang out area. We ultimately moved because we wanted to transition to a house but since I loved our apartment very much, we were extra picky on the house hunt. We never really had any maintenance issues but the one or two that we did, they came and fixed it the same day we put in the work order. Ou

I have lived here for a full year now and the Junction apartments have been amazing. The apartment itself is top notch. Any concerns that I have are addressed right away and they are always minor. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff here are very pleasent, polite, and attentive.Chystal,so pleasant and always welcoming.

Living at Junction has been a fantastic experience. The location is excellent – quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything I need. One of the main reasons I chose Junction was Crystal, who guided me through my tour. Her friendliness and knowledge about the community made an immediate impression, and she genuinely made me feel welcome from day one. I've lived at Junction Apartments for the past year and just renewed my lease. I have no complaints. Jayy is super friendly, helpful and genuinely cares about everyone who lives here. The location is convenient and walkable. It feels like home and I am very happy here.
