We cannot wait to move in. Had an excellent experience from the time we purchased the lot. Our agent Harrison is amazing. He keeps us up to date on the process. Security guards are pleasant every time we come to visit. Amenities and parks are so beautiful. We cannot wait :)

First, the gate guard was very rude. When you are looking at new homes first impressions are lasting. We had a 12:30 appointment at the sales office and arrived early for our appointment, but were told we couldn't be let in the gate until 12:30. We wanted to ride around to take a look at the lots and homes before our appointment. Just common sense to want to do that. So, we left went and rode around Toll Brothers at Beacon Lake and guess what, we are buying a home there instead. We did however go back for our 12:30 at 1:00, because we could of cared less about Julington Lakes after our first impression. I understand it is a gated community, but give prospective buyers a chance to explore the community.

We were looking at buying here. Been out here twice. The gate guard is horribly rude. Barely says a word and when you ask him questions he grunts or answers with a major attitude. He should be no where near prospective customers, let alone be the first person one meets at the community. 2nd, one of the Toll Brothers employees who saw us looking at quick move ins was rude. He looked at us like we weren’t supposed to be there, and instead of offering to show us around, he just stared at us and grunted something back and drove off. Finally, the realtor we were going through barely followed up and was very nonchalant about selling the homes. For lack of a better term, he struck me as a dud who should not be in sales. Had to ask two times for the incentives. Beautiful homes and great location.
