I am VERY disappointed ! I was told I'd be called first when a house I was interested in became available. I was never contacted, and they SOLD the house to someone else. Whoever the old woman who answers the phone definitely needs taught proper telephone etiquette!!! I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to to leave my review!!! This company is, WAK!!!

I called about a property I was interested in, the property was only listed a few days. I asked about seeing the property the agent Giuliana Van Tyne was very unprofessional instantly. She kept cutting me off when asking questions, belittle me and acted as though it was a bother to talk to me on the phone. She did not asked what I was looking for in a property or even suggest any other properties. I was given a curt "goodbye " to the call.

Very Unprofessional. Answered the phone to say they didnt have a schedule and couldnt set up a time to show a house. Waited for a return call to set up. Never got one. Shared far to much personal info while we talked. Unmotivated to sell the house with their own name on it. Contacted roger brown from perry Wellington scheduled me next day to view property next day. Will probably purchase the property sadly this halfassed company still gets commission for zero effort on their part. Smh.

I made an enquiry regarding a property for sale and found both Giuliana and Mark very helpful. I got to see the property in a timely manner and subsequently purchased it. I would have NO complaints ,and had a very good experience with them.

Called today February 8th to ask about a house I was interested in.the lady was rude on phone to me.she said the house is under contract.and said houses aren't like Wal-Mart.rude.I don't even shop at Wal-Mart lady.never deal with this relastate company.
