I rented a house on Greene Street from May 2020- October 2022. I loved this house! There was one issue with sewage backup in the basement that caused a fly infestation. It was not the management company's fault that the owner chose to delay the repair. Other than that issue, my experience renting from them was overall excellent. Dayna and the other staff were always helpful and available.

Worst people I was with them for almost 4 years and due to THEM not wanting to fix the issues in the homes fixed which is many they decided to wanna “get the owner to put me out” said by Dayna May who is supposed to be a professional. Very rude, ignorant, nonchalant and doesn’t care about the property once you move in and she gets her $$ monthly not to mention the fact she was prejudice to my 71yo grandmother. Do not rent unless you can wait in repairs !!! Clogged sinks, showers, mold issues in every room with water, no heat in 1 bedroom, sink is not leveled and leaks ridiculously, toilet downstairs runs constantly and Dayna is extremely rude and will “assure” everything will be handled and you will be like SpongeBob “2 years later” I was with her for almost 4 years very rude and ignorant

If I could leave a zero star I would. I’ve been living in an apartment in Lonaconing for almost a year now. When we moved in they said they are pet friendly and we can have dogs and cats but more than one would be 30 bucks extra I pay 30 bucks for my second cat. They are extremely rude and disrespectful to the tenants. We have had a leak in our roof since December 2 of 2024 and it is still leaking. The bathroom faucet leaks and we have asked several times to fix it. No one is ever at the building cleaning the hall ways but when an eviction is served they contact tenants about the smell. We asked to add a dog on our lease because it’s a pet friendly building and they told us straight up no. I have rented 3 different units from Aspired, starting in 2013. I have always had excellent experiences with them. I'm an ideal, very low maintenance tenant. I pay my rent ahead of time and I keep my unit clean. I have read over the bad reviews here and am noticing that the tone is a bit irratic. Tenants also need to understand that repairs have to be approved by the owner. If you aren't getting repairs done, it's because the owner is not permitting it. If you pay your rent and keep it clean, and don't attract drama, you will appreciate Aspired's professionalism and genuine courtesy.

I've been renting from this company for a year. Absolutely amazing management. Dayna and the girls at the office are so easy to talk to and work with. Highly recommend. Their handyman is absolutely amazing at his job as well. Always timely when fixing issues. I tell anyone who's looking for a rental about this company.
