Judson Pointe

The staff and maintenance team are great, but the residents are very dirty, so the grounds have trash and dog droppings everywhere and it smells like marijuana super strong all the time.

I absolutely love living at Judson Pointe. The community there is amazing. I met several of my friends here. I love their Community events. It’s always fun and exciting to meet the neighbors. They have two big dog parks; my dog absolutely love it. Nichole is phenomenal. She always helped me out anytime there was an issue. She goes above and beyond to make sure the residents there are happy. The maintenance guys are amazing too. I’ve never been to a community where the maintenance guys know your name, ask how you’re doing and truly care for their residents. They went above and beyond to make sure maintenance requests were done in a timely manner. I absolutely love this community. If I had a chance to move back, I would do it in a heartbeat. This staff truly cares for their community.

Leasing staff and Maintenance are amazing. The manager Bronte is super professional as well as the assistant manager and Nicole. They always listen to everything I have to say and Make sure I’m happy in my home. Would highly recommend this community to anyone And everyone!

Terrible place to live. I lived here 3 years. In that time I had a vehicle stolen and another vandalized. Parking here is terrible and poorly thought out. The management team (old and new) doesn't respond to emails. I had an apartment with darker cabinets and you can see where there had been dings from a previous resident. It looks like they just used sharpie to touch them up. It wouldn't be a problem if the color was the same. Instead you have dark brown cabinets with black marks on them. There are other issues, but to be fair the management team not being responsive is pathetic. It is literally their job to respond to tenants. Would you want to pay someone to do a job for you and have it never get done? They seem like nice enough people but nice doesn't get things taken care of. O

Ok I've lived here for almost a year! I honestly love this place! Me and my girlfriend (Now wife) moved in around end of June 2024, and we love the property, The staff is so nice especially the maitinance team! I'm maitinance myself at another property so I can appreciate good work lol. The floor plan for our 1 bedroom apartment is perfect! And the neighborhood is quiet for the most part! We've never had a bad experience here and we appreciate the dedication they take to maintaining the property. If we weren't millitary and had to move we would love to stay! If you're looking for a beautiful property with great amenities and great staff then please give this place a look! You will love it! Ps: the gym is super nice! Not a lot of equipment for "serious lifting" but it's well maintained and
