The one is being nice, but the concierge team is probably the only real positive about living here. Where do I start, maybe it can be with the ineptness of the property management team in which the community manager spends all day surprisingly on ESPN 🙃. Or maybe it’s with the assistant community manager who would rather lie when your packages go missing and tell you several different stories instead of rectifying the matter. But truly it’s probably in the poor construction of the building which allows for you to hear every sound your neighbors make at ALL HOURS of the day and night, expect to be up all night long. Or it could be with the filthy amount of trash left in the trash room in which you’re charged $20 a month for. Or it could be the elevator that’s constantly broken every other

My partner and I recently moved into the Judd building--we have only good things to share about our experience! Specifically, Sylver Monroe, leasing consultant, was instrumental in helping us with the application process, a variety of move-in logistics and getting settled quickly and easily into our new home. She was always quick and efficient in her communication with us and made sure our questions were fully answered along the way. Been living here for almost a year now. I really feel at home here. my floor is pretty quiet. Chill and always clean in the hallway. My apartment is perfect I love it. and the amenities are nice I enjoy everything they offer here And I like how everything is SECURED and SAFE huge s/o to Cherie And McKenzie both are great I really appreciate them(Concierge) alongside Mashona who is the AM is great I really appreciate her quick response to my emails, and Marcus is cool and last is for Makaya D (i can’t forget about her) she doesn’t work here anymore tho but she was a good leasing Consultant to me really appreciated her and Paris as well if you’re interested in living here at Judd and Weiler please came and check it out yourself and sign your lease today and just thank me later
