Juan Garcia Gardens Apartments

This place is the last place you would want to be. This place has roaches everywhere, trash out front, tiny rooms (Excluding the parent area, Kitchen, Den) all the areas looks the exact same, rooms have no lights, terrible management, small bathrooms, no washer and or dryer, Spiderwebs are more than likely on top of your cabinets, neighbors dont clean up after themselves, sinks barley work, rooms are shaped like hexagons meaning no design and no where for your stuff, doors are off (They dont close like they are supposed to) closets are no bigger than 5 inches in width and about 8 in length, poor air quality, light switches that dont lead to anything, around 8-12 outlets in each room although they are pretty pointless, and there is so much more but I am tired because Ive been up cleaning up

I applied for section 8 for this apartments. I was removed for no response. No one contacted me at all through email or by calling

THIS PLACE DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE'S, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Nice place to live management is good!
