Some of this is probably a little irrelevant but I would still like to share my experience. I lived at these apartments there about 4 or 5 years ago I did not have an issue what so ever until it came time to move out and get my security deposit. I had to hunt down this Luann lady just to get my deposit back. Until she finally mailed it to me after sometime of asking for it. Time go by and I forget all about the check and NEVER cashed it I had place it somewhere for safe keeping. I recently reached out to Luann and told her what happened with the check and she told me to send her the one I had that she would ask the property owner if they can give me another check I would have to wait and see what they said so I did. Been Living here since 2017. My place is nice, Cozy, Kinda drafty by my living room window. But I have little to no complaints. Only complaint is that other residents are not friendly because they can't park properly. That's not the landlords fault. I'm a laid back kinda guy and if I request a maintenance call, I'm very laid back because most of the problems are not that big of a priority. But the maintenance crews are not much for words, but are very speedy and friendly. The Place where I am at IS ADA compliant because the only stairs outside are at the front door and not by the parking lot. Basic Maintenance like changing a battery in a smoke detector or changing a light bulb they do charge you, but if you cannot do that yourself, then, well...somethings wrong upstairs. The property manager, LouAnn, is not very attentive to the tenants. She is extremely rude and does not answer the phone at all or return any voice messages. She’s very judgmental and has said some extremely rude things to my family and neighbors in the past. Our apartment itself was so in decent shape, and we loved living there for the longest time but once they switched property managers, everything went down hill. I would not recommend.

The worst landlord ever! LuAnn thinks she runs everything! Such nasty slumlord! Trent lives off his Tennant's! Always on vacation because he won't spend any money to fix anything ! He would rather you and your family get sick and die before replacing anything! If you're on housing, look out! Don't ever call housing to let them know they are not compliant! As soon as housing tells them to fix something within an hour, they are placing a 30 day notice to move! Mike, the housing inspector even said Trent and LuAnn are notorious for giving a 30 day notice in retaliation and they have gotten away with it for years! They make you take care of everything! Luanne is mentally unstable. My niece who lives with me was at her Moms house cat sitting because they are out of town. My sister (her mom) rents through this company. My niece is sitting inside with the cats when Luanne knocked on the door. My niece didn’t know who it was so she didn’t answer it. Luanne then proceeded to look through all the windows of the home and keep knocking. Which made my niece curious enough to come to the door. She complained that she hadn’t been able to get in touch with my sister and asked my 14 year old niece to call her mother on the phone. She then asks her to put it on speaker phone and talks with her about her mothers eviction and rental issues, right in front of her. Completely inappropriate!!!
