Hello, I rented a place in JSQ via Saul Yuquilima. My experience was extremely smooth, pleasant and seamless dealing with Saul. He is super prompt, understands your requirements well, and gives you the perfect options. He managed the entire process very efficiently and timely - drafting and signing up the agreement (all online), getting the house perfectly ready, helped with management bookings, and any co-ordination with management and the owner even after renting the place. He is someone who you can completely trust upon and becomes more like a friend with everyone who he deals with. Giving this one star solely because of the insane move-in/move-out process. Who came up with this rule? Booking an elevator is fine, I get it. But you're only allowed to do it on weekdays from 9 to 5? Seriously? Not even on a weekend or a holiday? What planet are you on? Do you think nobody has a job? Am I supposed to just take a random Tuesday off to schlep my couch around? It's unbelievable.
