I've been renting from JSJ since 2022. Morgan has found a place for me twice already and I trust her completely! Every interaction with Taylor has been smooth, prompt, and best of all, she is so kind! Communication from JSJ is consistent and proactive. I appreciate that they always keep us in the loop of maintenance that is happening in and around my building. The maintenance team is also respectful and quick. Thanks JSJ!

While many people have already shared their thoughts and experiences with other staff members, I’d like to specifically mention Juan Garcia, one of the maintenance staff. Juan was very polite, cleaned up after himself, and took the time to educate us on the issue we were having – and what products we can use to treat it in the future. On top of that, he went the extra mile by actually fixing the cause of the issue and not just the symptoms. I truly hope he is our maintenance person again!
